Udaipur. Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur, and SPIC MACAY Forge Partnership to Establish Heritage Club

On August 13, 2024, Sir Padampat Singhania University (SPSU) and SPIC MACAY signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a Heritage Club at the university, aligning with the National Education Policy-2020's vision to transform India's education system and promote appreciation for Indian Knowledge Systems, Values, Art, and Culture.

The Heritage Club aims to enrich the university community's awareness and appreciation of India's rich heritage. Prof. (Dr.) Prithvi Yadav, Vice Chancellor, SPSU, emphasized the significance of this collaboration in enhancing the educational experience and fostering a deeper connection with traditional arts and culture. 


Mr. J P Bhatnagar, National Executive Member and Chairperson of SPIC MACAY's Chittorgarh Chapter, also attended the MoU signing. The Heritage Club will provide a dynamic platform for students, faculty, and staff to engage with and promote India's cultural heritage through SPIC MACAY's programs and events.

Under this partnership, all members of the SPSU community are encouraged to participate in SPIC MACAY events and activities. The MoU signing was witnessed by Dr. UR Singh, Registrar; Lt. (Dr.) DS Chouhan, Deputy Dean Student Welfare; Lt. Col. Neeraj Kumar, Campus Director; and Mr. D K Gupta, Udaipur Chapter Coordinator.

This collaboration promises to enrich the university experience and promote a deeper appreciation of India's cultural heritage among the SPSU community.
